Patient Care Coordinator
Ashley is our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator with over a decade of experience in plastic surgery and a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Healthcare Administration and brings a thoughtful blend of clinical insight and organizational expertise to her role. Ashley is passionate about guiding patients through their journey with clear communication, empathy, and attention to detail. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, SEC football (Go Gators!), and creating meaningful memories with her family.
Tara Wallace
Front Desk Coordinator
Tara is our warm and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator! Born and raised in Tennessee, Tara brings a genuine Southern charm to our office. A graduate of The University of Tennessee, with a degree in Health and Human Performance, Tara has made a rewarding career out of raising her two boys. With her easy smile and friendly demeanor, she is often the first person you’ll meet when you enter our office. Outside of work, Tara enjoys staying active with her love for running, and finds joy in traveling and attending her boys’ baseball games. Her dedication to her family, and our team, makes her an invaluable part of our office community.
Patricia A. Key, RN
Surgery Coordinator
Patti is our surgery coordinator, and her journey in the medical field spans over two decades, beginning with her associate’s degree in nursing from Aquinas College in Nashville, TN. She recently expanded her academic horizons by earning a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. As a surgery coordinator, Patti boasts extensive hands-on experience in plastic surgery, accumulating over 20 years of expertise in the operating room. Her leadership qualities shone through as she served as an assistant operating room director. Patti’s proficiency extends beyond patient care, as she has successfully overseen the initial survey and certification processes for AAASF and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Her exceptional skills as a surgery coordinator stem from her thorough grasp of pre-surgical preparations, post-operative care, and the intricate workings of the operating room. This depth of understanding enables her to deliver unparalleled patient care that is of the highest quality, safety, and compassion. Outside of work, Patti enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, indulging in hikes at Tennessee State Parks, and delving into a good book.
