Taylor Oursler, MA
Patient Care Coordinator
Taylor serves as patient care coordinator to Dr. Behmand. She brings a well-rounded background in aesthetics, dermatology, and plastic surgery, where she has gained valuable experience supporting patients through every step of their care. Taylor is passionate about building genuine connections and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel informed and at ease. She loves seeing how the changes made through plastic surgery enhance appearance and spark new confidence from within. Born and raised in Nashville, Taylor enjoys discovering new restaurants around the city, spending time with family and friends, and practicing Pilates to stay energized and balanced.

Front Desk Coordinator
Tara is our warm and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator! Born and raised in Tennessee, Tara brings a genuine Southern charm to our office. A graduate of The University of Tennessee, with a degree in Health and Human Performance, Tara has made a rewarding career out of raising her two boys. With her easy smile and friendly demeanor, she is often the first person you’ll meet when you enter our office. Outside of work, Tara enjoys staying active with her love for running, and finds joy in traveling and attending her boys’ baseball games. Her dedication to her family, and our team, makes her an invaluable part of our office community.
Patricia A. Key, RN
Surgery Coordinator
Patti is our surgery coordinator, and her journey in the medical field spans over two decades, beginning with her associate’s degree in nursing from Aquinas College in Nashville, TN. She recently expanded her academic horizons by earning a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. As a surgery coordinator, Patti boasts extensive hands-on experience in plastic surgery, accumulating over 20 years of expertise in the operating room. Her leadership qualities shone through as she served as an assistant operating room director. Patti’s proficiency extends beyond patient care, as she has successfully overseen the initial survey and certification processes for AAASF and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Her exceptional skills as a surgery coordinator stem from her thorough grasp of pre-surgical preparations, post-operative care, and the intricate workings of the operating room. This depth of understanding enables her to deliver unparalleled patient care that is of the highest quality, safety, and compassion. Outside of work, Patti enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, indulging in hikes at Tennessee State Parks, and delving into a good book.
