Every client receives a personalized consultation where Dr. Behmand determines where to place the BOTOX^® Cosmetic based upon the needs of the patient. The procedure is quick, taking approximately ten minutes from start to finish. While serious side effects are rare, some patients experience light bruising around the injection site, which can be covered up with makeup.

BOTOX^® Cosmetic works rapidly, and clients should expect frown lines to diminish within a few days. These improvements can continue for up to week with results expected to last up to four months. While the recovery period is brief, for the first 24 hours Dr. Behmand recommends patients avoid strenuous exercise or facial massage.
